Being an established massage therapist since 2009, Sabrina’s gifted hands have accumulated a lot of precious experience over the years. Her talents and her thirst for knowledge propelled her towards getting her training in sports massage therapy. Sabrina has also done her training in chair massage and myofascial cupping, therefore, her skillset runs quite deep. After acquiring all these skills, she pursued her fitness instructor certification in 2015. Her drive, her curiosity, and her growing desire to expand her knowledge and to offer the best care to her clients led her to complete her studies in neurolinguistic programming and she obtained her certification in Professional Coaching at Centre Québecois of NLP in 2022.

Having this rich background enabled Sabrina to refine her approach in massage therapy; over the years, she has developed a psychosomatic dimension to her practice and recognizes the strong link between pain, physical tensions, and emotional experiences. Sabrina enjoys having a variety of cases in her clientele and adapts easily to people of all ages with kindness and respect.

Finally, Sabrina is a member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec.
